Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, during which the user will retain access to the subscribed services. Please note that subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription after cancellation.
2. Scope of Services:
- Canopus (API Platform): Managed by Zauto servers, offering a robust API ecosystem for seamless integration.
- Spica (Unified Data Platform): A comprehensive data management solution, also managed by Zauto servers.
- Regulus (Intelligent Document Processing): Provides advanced document processing capabilities and can be deployed on either Zauto servers (shared or global) or client servers.
- Zaurak (Model Playground): A platform for experimenting with and deploying machine learning models, managed by Zauto servers.
- Alhena (IDP-Healthcare): A specialized platform for healthcare document processing, available on Zauto servers (shared or global) or deployable on client servers.
Each of these products may operate under its own domain or sub-domain as part of ZautoAI’s service infrastructure, ensuring consistent branding and user experience across the ZautoAI ecosystem.
3. User Account Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords, and for any and all activities that occur under their account.

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete, as this is essential for both service provision and compliance with legal obligations.
- Immediately notify ZautoAI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

- All content, software, designs, and materials associated with ZautoAI products and services are the intellectual property of ZautoAI or its licensors.

- Engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the operation of our platforms.
- Use our products or services to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or systems.

- Any misuse of the products and services by a third party using the user’s account.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to the user will cease immediately, and the user must discontinue all use of the products and services.
